    Thread subscription does not send an email

    Details/Steps: When I subscribe to a thread and select to receive emails I receive no emails when someone replies to the thread.

    I don't even see where in the settings you can even select to have mail sent.

    Hmm, I don't see it in Thread Tools -> Subscribe to this Thread…

    Does it only show up in Advanced Reply? There are four options there.
    1. Through my control panel only
    2. Instantly, using email
    3. Daily, using email
    4. Weekly, using email

    But I can only see subscriptions on the subscriptions page. I never get an email: instantly, daily or weekly.
