Jesus, what a terrible idea.

Commends can be frustrating at times, i know it very well ... As a healer i have runs where i rescue people out of AoEs, rez dead DPS, keep the party alive while rezzing the tank, etc ... but will get 0 commends, and other times i have runs where i literally do nothing special, or even perform poorly (let people die because i'm zoning out for example), and yet i will get multiple commends.

I don't know what to tell you. That's just how commends work ... It might not be the greatest system but i would surely never trade it for what you described in your OP.
