    Caught a Halibut at lv19? What?

    So, as title states. I caught a Halibut at lv19 (which ding'd me to 20, woo). But, I'm curious if this is even supposed to happen? Like, what? Attaching link to blog entry with photo.

    Halibut doesn't have any gathering requirements, nor is Switchperch a Gulleye fishing hole (ie: level locked).

    So yea, totally doable.
