The problem with TBN hasnt been overly stated on the forums both English and JP. Since DRK is the most played tank then these considerations might not be taken into considerations. From what we have seen unless a job is least played it wont get any real adjustments.
That's the theory. Too many DRK players, devs trying to buff other tanks to make them more attractive.
