BLM - mana getting stuck at 0

I’ve seen that happen on some lag spikes. Despite Victoria’s BS I have had issues on low FPS computers (think 8-12), but cause of that I can confirm those didn’t affect the tick timer, just my walking speed.

Yeah, low fps, 15 and below slow parts of the game down, it's weird. But I'm playing on a Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 3070ti PC.
It's not a connection issue either because I can chat with people, the fight goes on as normal, I'm just stuck at 0 mana.
