I'm trying to recover my id/password and have sent an email to SE support center in NA website. But i'm using EU account. Will they reply to me even thought it's a different region website?

They might create a ticket for you with EU support, but they will not be able to help you. You should be going through EU support for an EU account.
They will prob ask u do that again, but via EU support.
I once send a ticket to NA, by mistake, they asked me to resend it to EU
they cant just forward it themselves to EUman talk about lazy
Why don't you just do it on the EU support center? Just edit the URL and change it to EU.
