Where to find songs of FFXIV (or FF)

2 years ago we had our first child, and while holding her throughout the night I would sit in game and listen to the music of FFXIV and/or the PS4 login screen to help her sleep.

Now in about 4 months my son will be coming in. I want to do the same but have the songs on my phone.

Does anyone have any ways to help find some of the music from FFXIV? Is spotify my best bet?

There's tons of music for FF in general, on top of the FFXIV question if anyone has recommendations of soft songs from Final Fantasy in general, I'd like to start doing a playlist. My daughter enjoyed them and fell asleep to them, so I would like to do the same with my son.

Youtube is your best bet. This youtube channel has FFXIV tracks. The OSTs for the other FFs are also on Youtube. You can also make playlists on Youtube.

Spotify has most FF albums, it's pretty easy to do a playlist there.

If you're looking to buy the soundtracks digitally you can find them on Itunes and Amazon. Probably other places as well, but those are the 2 big names off the top of my head. But as others have said, Spotify for streaming.

Any of the major music apps should have access to many of the Final Fantasy XIV soundtracks, from Before Meteor (music created prior to A Realm Reborn) to the music of Shadowbringers. Four years ago the music was most likely from Heavensward or a Realm Reborn itself. You can also purchase the individual soundtracks from the Square Enix store (not Mogstation). Those come as Blue-Ray disks you can listen to on your BR DVD player, with ZIP files of tracks that you can transfer to a PC/phone.

There are also orchestral disks that can be purchased, which are pretty soothing to listen to as well, although I don't see those as being available outside the Square Enix store.

Square Enix got their soundtracks listed on Itunes.

Alternatively, there are other FF tracks. Final Fantasy Tactics and XII crossover from Stormblood also got good tunes. Then you have Trials of Mana Remake too.

Have you played the pixel remaster? Because it's awesome and it has orchestrated the soundtrack.

just put the snowcloak song on repeat that'll put anyone to sleep
