    Mogstation

    Is there something going on with renewing a subscription?? I have tried for two days to renew my payment and keep getting a error but getting charged a dollar each attempt?

    That dollar is meant to be a "hold" to check to see if your card is actually valid and not stolen.

    ... I have no clue why it's never progressing to the next step. Any luck with support?

    are you actually out of the subscription period?

    if you arent sometimes they will verify the card, and do the charge at the rollover date for the subscription
