Linkshell management tools and the lodestone

Hi.

This is an idea.
Would it be possible for us to get some linkshell tools on the lodestone?
I'd like a calendar to schedule events.
But I'd like for the closest upcoming events to be displayed inside the game, like in a linkshell message whenever someone logs in.

With fields like:
Person in charge, date, time, aprox duration, description.

So you'd log in and get something like:
>>Upcoming event: 05/05/2012
>>Organizer: Majidah Sihaam Name: Ifrit prime! Duration: 3 hours aprox.
>>Description: We will grind Ifrit Prime!

I'd also like some sort of long term open poll option.
So that we could poll our current members. Something that would stay on, and pop in the LS message when they log in if they haven't answered. Then the officers could close it whenever.

This could be linked to the lodestone as well. So players could choose to answer either on the lodestone itself or through game.

I would like a Linkshell planner/calender to be in game not on the lodestone, why should we have to go to an external website in 2012 ? (lets not forget that masses of people who can't be bothered either)

TBH if i want to use an external site for arranging events I would rather use a guildworks or enjin site, Lodestone is pretty unintuitive and clunky.

I agree that the lodestone is clunky at best, but I think it'd be good to have it sincronized in-game and I don't think they'd allow such a thing with any third party websites.

Yea having something both in game and online would be good, especially when you are at work and want to check out whats happening.

Having access to linkshell chat through the lodestone would be another awesome feature.

Yup. They need to do something about the log in though. I don't carry my token everywhere.
