Just because I’m so curious, does anyone -ACTUALLY- play that game? Honestly, I’m personally just doing it for the challenge log bonus, I’m starting the AI enemy challenge fight where he pumps creatures like crazy and go do laundry or something, waiting to lose and repeat this five times.

A Po…mon pet battle system like in W..W would have been much more fun IMO.

It was a concept that was dead on arrival.

If I wanted to play League of Legends, I'd be playing League of Legends. Not a washed out worse version of it.

Do challenge 4, Little Big Beast. The boss tutorial one. Takes 90 seconds max and is impossible to lose.

i played it enough to the get the shalloweye, penguin prince, and clockwork twintania minions. will I ever touch it again? probably not. lol

Triple triad get love with more fix over time..... please give some love for minion game, when i knew there is a game where i can use my minion, i was excited.... but when i play it.... its very unfun, just make it like turn based battle game but with minion, like old final fantasy game, i will play it a lot just like my 100 hours++ (probably, i didnt really count) time i spent on triple triad

I'd like to get into it but it personally gave the impression of a bigger headache than I'd prefer for side content. I just play Triple Triad mostly and collect the cards; maybe one day I'll get into Verminion.

For me it's mahjong. The game is everywhere in asian media but I tune out everytime it comes up. The whole thing seems esoteric, so much mahjong terminology, for me it's like looking at a mechanics manual when I take a glance at the rules. I thought I'd give it a shot in Gold Saucer but nope, couldn't even get through one game.
Tables are always empty on my server too, hope they didn't spend too much time on that.

A lot of of the Gold saucer games sadly have the problem of

"this is a nice idea we should do that" to "its 80% done lets just be ok with that"

Chocobo racing feels super unresponsive at times (jumping for boxes) as well as having no real reward to it, yea i got all achievements but what does it really get me? about 500k one time reward in MGP a couple titles, a barding and a mask, Racing lacks endgame and replay ability maybe cups would change this with special rewards. The only reason i sometimes go back to it is challenge log, winning races is bad mgp/h even on highest level.

Triple trial often feels off when you play against npcs who have multiple 5s or 4s but only like 7 cards in total, yes you have to use the rules to win but still, winning cards is just a grindfest. BUT the tournaments are actually fun and players do them theres also rare cards which you collect that are not connected to the Mount, which is a pretty good idea.

But you have to accept that your triple triad collection becomes a picture book, i'd say theres 30 cards players use frequently and the others are just to collect dust, they do have some nice flavour text and lore bits though, so it actually works as picture book.

Mahjong, i dont think is played at all on any but the japanese servers, or maybe in very small circles, personally i have not played it and when i asked anyone ... the answer was always "never tried".

And lastly lord of verminion, an ok idea that once again just has no players behind it, i guess its the time commitment? I also heard someone say that certain store minions were really good, but i don't think SE would have a p2w problem here.

There's potential here but SE will likely not go for it.
