I have a RTX 3070ti with a Ryzen 7 5800x but i am consistently getting 5 FPS. I have tried reinstalling my gpu drivers and lowered all settings to the lowest I can. I am also getting the same results with the Endwalker benchmark.

FPS Limit: No limit
uninstalling citrix did the trick
Fantastic find - my (top end) rig just started throwing out 3fps for no reason as far as I could tell. Uninstall / re-install Citrix and it's totally cleared up. My hero.
Yes Uninstalling Citrix worked for me as well.
