Hi, I can't open my game, and it says: unable to complete version check [30605] [20448] [10009]
Which region are you located in? Usually this happens when it's unable to detect an internet connection. If you're on a cabled/wifi internet, do you have the option to try an alternate and connect via hotspot?
Had the same issue, but with help from a senior expert from Optus NBN and changing modems was able to rectify the problem.
I don't know how, but it's auto fix this morning. Thanks.
