    I made a cursory Google to see Tokyo's Lunar Calendar, it said that 19 November is a "micro" full moon: "A Micromoon is when a Full Moon or a New Moon coincides with apogee, the point in the Moon's orbit farthest away from Earth.". https://www.timeanddate.com/moon/phases/japan/tokyo
