New player LF friends or fc

Hey I’m new only lvl 31. Been kinda depressed with how alone this game makes me feel, Im wanting people to play with or who can chat with me while leveling. I’ve felt like I need to be max level before I can even make any friends. I’ve joined a couple FCs before but they’ve all ignored me and have no on when I am. I usually play at night-morning.
