Gladiator lvl 80 challenge

You shouldn't compare yourself to other healers, you should compare yourself to yourself. You have intentionally limited your healing/damage potential just because you did not want to have a job stone equipped. As an example, Stone 2 is 190 potency, Glare/Glare 2 is 290/310 potency, pretty much a 50% increase in damage, for free. The DoT is less, going from 550 to 660, but it is till more damage, an extra 10 potency on Holy isn't anything to shout about, but it is still technically more damage.

Then you get to the other heals and defensives, especially ones on the oGCD, which allows more damage GCDs, THEN, even if you DID have to use a healing GCD, you would use your lillies, which can be refunded with Afflatus Misery, which is actually a damage GAIN below 82.

As I said on the first page to the Gladiator, this isn't an achievement, this is just you being a hinderance for your own self-centred purpose.

Now, answer honestly, how would you feel if you went into an EW dungeon and you saw a Lancer/Pugilist/Thaumaturge/Arcanist/Archer/Rogue? Their damage potential is completely neutered compared to their respective jobs, lancer doesn't even get ANY form of AoE, so can it really, honestly, be acceptable?

If it had been done with groups that were pre-mades and all knew what was happening, fine, just don't inflict this on the randoms.

I do it only when I feel fully competent, same goes for OP (gladiator). In level 85(86) duty (dungeon) I even asked my friend Tank to assists me in run, coz it was first time for me in that Duty. Or otherwise I just switch to GNB.

Every one talk about pre-mades, like its some common thing u can see everyday, I was not able to find any premades for daily runs.
But in other hand, if u want ur duties be super smooth 24/7 with tank tanking from wall to wall, healer dps, and other dps do top tier damage and avoid every mechanics, why you not running ur casual duties in pre-made only youself?

The vast majority of runs ARE smooth, especially talking about dungeon runs. In my experience, it is rare to get someone who is completely incompetent. However, just because it does happen doesn't mean you should add to that metric. I also do frequently bring friends along to runs, just because we enjoy playing together and if we happen to have a full party, we do dick around, but we aren't harming anyone else's experience when doing so.

if we can/able to complete duty (no bosses DPS checks that we cant pass), sure why not, its a Normal duty, no big deal there.
Its even better than tank complaining about me doing pulls for him, coz I am playing full job (like SCH) and cant sit tight with small pulls with my adhd.
