no... Raldo is right...
from ask Dev: these parts never changed since that
Q.
What exactly do Disciple of the Land–specific attributes affect?
A.
Please refer to the following:
Gathering: Reduces the depletion rate of the Remainder gauge.
Perception: Increases a player's chance to find higher-quality items.
Output:
Increases the amount of times a miner or botanist can gather at a single point, as well as reduces the amount of time a fisher must wait for a bite.
each spot has common items and rare items, so if you get lots common items, that's normal... TheVedis' example is very good.
Only downside to stacking Output when your higher rank is the number of attempts you get in deminishing (You cap out) and most of the items your targeting are "Rare" so you will only ever get one at a time.
I personally stack perception due to gathering not being something you need to focus on once you know the 2-3 hit zones on the notch your on. Although it does seem that perception has a cap ~10% HQ rate, not sure if those Militia items would bump it up to 20% due to the description.
I wish if you went over a certain amount of output you could make those items that only give 1 have a chance to give 2. So having something like 200 output could make that happen would make gathering have a little more room for depth.
