Hunts have become very popular and there is a huge community behind this mechanic of the game. There are achievements/titles/mounts which collectors strive to get, but unfortunately it feels that there is a lot of lacking features which easily make this part of the game very easy to abuse and gatekeep. This is stopping most casual players from being able to try to get some of these rewards.

Issue: ARR/HW S tier hunts are now too weak compared to the current power level of players. This means that these marks are easy to solo and kill without any required community effort. This in turn means hunts are dying extremely quickly and players interesting in joining in to participate in these rare world boss fights usually cannot even make it to where it has spawned before someone has killed the hunt.
Suggestion: S tier hunts could be somehow synced with the current player power level, either through using the FATE system (Level sync), or having their level increased to match the maximum level a player can reach (currently 80). S tier mobs are supposed to be strong, and having them die in seconds to a few players really doesn't make the hunts feel good. All it's doing is blocking players from being able to contribute and causing a lot of unrest and annoyance in a large part of the player base unable to participate in these events.

Issue: Small groups of players are able to control S tier spawns. As a lot of hunt marks now die so quickly, you don't need to make an event or create a large group to take one down. Since the window on spawning an S rank is so large, this means players who are able to privately track death times and respawn windows of the hunts are able to secure a fairly substantial monopoly on a lot of the spawns. Since the triggers of spawning an S tier mob is usually chance based, players who don't have this information can be spending hours of time trying to spawn something which was solo killed by a lvl80 character and not know. This stops players wanting to attempt to spawn as it feels like waste of time.
Suggestion: An in game way of knowing if an S rank is dead, or if it's window is open. A simple item, similar to Aether Compass, you can use in an area which either gives the message "You feel no presence of a powerful mark in this area..." or "You feel a disturbance in the area, a powerful mark might be close..." or something to that extent. With this, the knowledge of knowing when a S rank mark is still in the time before its even possible to be spawned will be available, but not the exact time of its spawn. This will stop small communities hiding this info and discouraging other people from attempting to spawn these S ranks, but keep the excitement and mystery of whether you're actually going to spawn something.
