That's okay. That just means you've got a logical mind, unlike whoever designed the damage formulas for LNC. :\

I'm starting to Level LNC/DRG and I'm searching around trying to find the best stat allocation. Is STR/DEX out of the question? Why isn't it an option to improve accuracy? Sorry if these questions seem obvious I just started 4 days ago.

Because DEX increase accuracy is marginal compare to pure Acc stat on gears, and there are many gears that add so many Acc in one go. For example if you get Sanction on Serpent Lieutenant Gloves, that's 50 Acc in one go and that's is HUGE. DEX is only useful for ARC/BRD as that's also their damage modifier.

yup prepare yourself now, because LNC uses the same stats as DRG.
