Mouse binds suddenly not working in game.

I have a Logitech G703. In the Logitech Hub I've changed mouse4 and mouse5 to ctrl and alt. I've had no issues with the game recognizing these buttons as ctrl and alt until yesterday. Every other program and the computer recognizes the change but once I go into FF14 it still sees them as mouse4 and mouse5.

As far as I know nothing has changed in any of my settings or with my computer. Three days ago I put my computer to sleep after them working in game. Yesterday I launch the game and they don't work. I also play the game on a laptop and they still work in FF14 on that.

Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar issue.
