    Unknown error 17 when completing end of Endwalker Cutscenes

    Greetings,

    I just got to the end of Endwalker and I get an unknown error 17 and get kicked out of game. When i log back in, i am back at the cutscenes and when i skip through them (i watched them all to their conclusion the last time), it gives the same error. I am STUCK where i cannot get out of the cutscenes and continue playing.

    Please help.

    Greetings fellow Eorzean,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this matter has caused. Usually this error indicates a corrupt file which is maybe why the issue occurs in the same spot. We would like you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game from scratch. Additionally, please delete the "FINAL FANTASY XIV" folder under the "My Documents" > "My Games" parent folder in Windows under your main drive to see if that may help.

    If the issue persists, we would like you to submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report. Please go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.' Copy and paste the details shown when replying back to this post.
