Thread: Things from 1.0 era that could return

Lighting is everything. So bring back the lighting engine.

The graphics of 1.0, the best i've seen so far !
At 2.0 shiny armor looks like plastic...

I love my bird, but a humanoid companion should return for open world content.

Edit: Yes, I'm aware the chocobo is the only companion to be in open world content, but I would like a patch companion to be able to take up that role as well.

The only thing we need from 1.0 is louisoix in MSQ quests.

To be fair, Travanchet's involvement in Alexander is a blink-and-you-miss-it moment. And it doesn't actually do anything to resolve lingering questions from 1.x about Travanchet. So far as I know, we still don't know which Ascian he was—he might've just been a relatively minor one, sure—but he's also the only Ascian we've seen that I can think of offhand who has taken a non-Hyur host. So I'd like to know more about WTF his story was.

Battle Regiments
Gear being broken or near-broken is a status effect so others can remind you to fix your gear
Repairing other peoples gear
Personal bazaars
Character weight
