I suggest we have the ability to search members, it's difficult to find people when you run a max capacity FC like I do. Also can we please have the option to have a chime sound when we receive a new member application, perhaps as a permission for selected ranks to hear so that we don't have potential new members waiting hours because nobody with invitation acceptance permissions saw the application in the chat log.
