    Performance score can be nice when implemented properly. But the question is, how are you going to gauge each role's performance?

    DPS? Obviously their damage dealt.
    Tanks? This get a bit blurry but perhaps the amount of damage they mitigate by a proper usage of cooldowns & their damage, because to generate said enmity they have to deal damage.
    Healer? This is where the gauging falls apart, flat. The amount of HP they healed? There's not even much to heal in dungeons, Medica II 100% uptime meta incoming! Damage dealt? But they're a healer! The amount of raises they did? But that means the DPS has to die to increase the healer's scores!

    And then we have mechanics handling. How do you score this? What if that RDM backflip to your side with their marker and stacks with yours, killing each other? It wasn't your mistake! But your score suffers because of that g*ddamned RDM!

    ...Actually , we're treading so close to those glorified calculating tools! Ain't no way Yoshi-p gonna agree with this, it's too much pressure on those poor inexperienced players! Numbers on themselves don't do any harm, just like any tools, but do not underestimate the lengths a playerbase willing to go through for certain goal.

    I have to agree that comm system is mediocre at best. If any, they just serve more like a facebook like buttons.
