Gridania and Poaching laws

Heyo, so i have a small concept for a keeper of the moon character who in the past did poaching as a member of the Couerlclaw group led by Pawah, i have googled around a bit to try and find if there is any record of the Gridanian laws regarding poaching with little result other than a old thread from last year that mentioned that poaching leads to execution but haven't really found anything that supports this. So is there anything that is known or is it a void that haven't been all to well explained?

Gridanian laws regard poaching extremely seriously because everyone living in that forest is doing so at the will of the elementals and spirits that live there and the Gridanians are very careful not to get on their bad side, lose their trust, or upset them.
They are all guests in the forest.

The first CNJ class quest outright tells you that the enemies E-Sumi Yan instructs you to go kill have been decreed by the elementals to be vermin that is upsetting the balance of the forest, so you are allowed to fight and kill those (which are just regular 'trash mob' rodent enemies just outside the city gate), and therefore, by extension, pretty much any enemy you can attack or would attack you would be 'allowed' and not considered poaching.

Basically, if you can attack it, it's allowed "by the elementals" (I know that is a real stretch but that's what the game outright says).

one other small thing I'd like to mention. despite the wiki erroneously listing Pawah Mujuuk as a Coeurlclaw, she isn't and runs her own independent gang!
