I made a similar thread in the Disciples of the Hand forum for crafter jobs, but I don't think it'll hurt to write a separate gatherer job one here as well.

Miner and Botanist both seem to currently have the exact same set of abilities and traits, with the only differences being purely visual with things like icon drawings and animations. Why do I point this out? Because right now as a console player, if I want to update my tabs for one job, I have to manually duplicate that effort for the other job as well since there isn't really any subjective reason for me to keep the two unique in terms of layouts.

With it being an optional setting in case some players do want to keep their layouts separate for whatever reason, I feel like there should really be an option to have the two layouts be synchronized. This could also include other things too like Teleport, Return, Mount Roulette, Sprint, and so on. Of course, this wouldn't affect Fisher since that has its own totally separate set of functionalities.

What do others think about this idea? My thanks to any developers who take a look at this thread as well; I really highly appreciate it! This request is even more notable for crafter jobs since there are eight similar ones instead of just two, but the idea still applies for two of the gatherer jobs as well.
