You copied those lines above so you obivously didn't read the one under it. Both PS3 and PC Version 2.0 will be in Beta testing at the same time, note the Free trial period ending and the bolded part.
Then they should have put on there PC Beta starts then as well.. All they said was Begin software 2.0 Distribution :P.
