Physics on Summoner is very weak, intended or just a bug?

This is actually no longer true. If you check the tooltips, Physick on Summoner is listed as a ACN/SMN spell, while Physick on Scholar is listed as just SCH. These are two entirely separate spells that just happen to share the same name. It's been this way since the start of Shadowbringers, I believe. SMN-Physick still scaling off mind is either an oversight or strange design choice, not a necessary evil like it used to be.

And if you look at the SCH abilities, you also get ones like Whispering Dawn pre-30 that unlock with the job stone so it wouldn't need to be a level 30 spell.

While still not great at 50, Physick can be used still for about 10% of your HP. Maybe the stat squish will make it useful again so you aren't having that 5-600 HP cure from when you had 5-6k HP still be the same amount as when you have over 100k HP and becoming more .5% HP recovery.
