I do see those self-affirming question as an opportunity to slip in tips, subtly or not. I.e. "You're fine. We didn't wipe. But if it helps you, relying more onto <insert ability> will make your lives immensely easier!"
Works like a charm.
"Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."
Except he admitted it. I am not generalizing kicking macro players. I’m making a mental note of his character specifically.Be honest. Unless you're using a parser (which is technically against ToS), you're never even going to know he's using a macro. Good luck getting him vote kicked. I've yet to see a player vote kicked for doing anything other than maliciously refusing to participate or for repeatedly and deliberately pulling bosses before the raid was ready. Kicking someone for low DPS isn't a thing in this game, and I personally think that's a good thing.
Get your parser talk out of here.
Edit. I don’t need luck to get him vote kicked. I already play with half the duty. It’s a simple “I’m kicking him” with an “ok” response

This argument comes up very often on these boards and it never goes anywhere constructive. Even with slow pullers though I have never had a roulette run take more than 20 minutes, so if your runs are taking longer than that it isn't the rate at which the tank is pulling that is your problem, your DPS probably isn't doing enough damage to burn even those few enemies fast enough.

If it goes at a smooth rate it personally doesn't bother me too much. It's just super incredibly boring doing 1 pull at a time, especially as a healer, to the point my mind may just wander off and watch youtube rather than focus on the game.
big clouds of monsters are just a lot more exciting to deal with imo and going fast is a bonus
