Go a year back on this forum, and you'll find that almost every thread about NIN includes at least one complaint about there not being enough to do outside of the Trick Attack Window.

I do think it was too repetitive outside of windows too.
But I associate Raiju with the window because it's so much of what you do in it.
You're in the process of spamming Raiju and then the time runs out and you're also saving your Mudras for it.

Bhavacakra are also part of the window but it's not as heavily associated with it.
