Ranked Feast PvP queue potential problem

Hello Support team,

Please excuse me for bothering you, but I am concerned that there might be a bug with the ranked feast matchmaking system. My case is the following, I play ranked feast as white mage mainly. All up to gold league i had no problems with the queue times, but after i entered gold league i had some hard fights against people in platinum so i lost this fights and my rating fall little below 1000 , but i am still considered in gold league. After that happened i started experiencing really really long queue times. Before i falling below 1000 rating my average queue time was 5 min, the last 2 weeks i cannot find even 1 game sitting in que for 100 + minutes while on the queue UI it is written that the average queue time is below 5 min. So i started suspecting that there might be some kind of bug because of which people fallen below the rating for gold league but still not dropped in lower league have hard time finding group for them.
