    Suggestion:Optional-in Player Text-Bubbles for Roleplayers?

Hi everyone. I am not sure if that was already requested or posted here.

I am, as recently many new players are, a player that moved from World of Warcraft here. Personally I am an active Roleplayer. But I have yet not been interested in trying out Roleplay in Final Fantasy 14, mainly due to the reason of no overview who is talking where.

In WoW, when someone says something via the /say channel in the chat, a text-bubble appears above the head of the player, showing the text content. This feature makes it very easy to spot and understand what the other player is saying.

Now, I know that for Final Fantasy 14 there is a 3rd Party Addon that adds that (not sure if that is allowed by Square Enix), but I would prefer if it would be a natural, optional feature in the UI/Nameplate section of the game itself.

NPCs in Cities have that already, when they say something as scripted dialogue. But for players this option is not there.

I am not a developer (I am merely a beginner in 3D-Art so far, but hopes for the future)... But since the feature is already there for NPCs, shouldn't it be possible to make it available for players content in the say-channel too?

And as mentioned above in the title: It doesn't have to be active by-default. It can easily be an optional feature to be activated. Perhaps it even falls into the "Accessibility"-Section of the game settings.

If so, I would try out Roleplay in FF14 then, if people would have text-bubbles above their heads.

Thank you for reading. Enjoy the game
