I hope they actually do implement something at some point for this, even east coast US the difference using the things mentioned here is just insane. I and others I've been doing P8S with feel like the game plays worse since patch adding the new NA datacenter so hopefully that gets fixed too.

Do you not see how their bandaid fix is to turn certain skills into stacks instead of duration? They are aware of the issue and they are simply band-aiding it.
