I’m live on the Canadian east coast and my ping on avg is 95-100ms.

Ah, I dream of a connection that good. I really do. I'd even be happier with a 200ms ping.

I've been playing at 280-320ms for 9 years. It goes beyond animation lock. A lot of telegraphs are too short, meaning by the time I see them they have almost gone off.
