It might be a bit hard to spot in the list - currently, it's the only thread on page 2 of Accepted Bugs that has a four-digit view count.

I'm commenting here again to try to keep this visible.
The problem still exists and if they say "we don't have enough information" again it wasn't because we don't try to tell them, but instead, it's because they don't like to read the foruns '-'

Commenting so this gets bumped up again. I really hope this is fixed one day, it's rough not being able to double weave as an EU player on a NA server.

Bumping this so people don't forget about this post, preliminary patch notes for 6.2 went out today and nothing was said about this problem on it. hopefully they will implement a fix in the patch.
Yeah, fingers crossed!
I've received no further communication regarding the bug report, unfortunately.
To folks who're used to the assorted tools that address this issue artificially, good luck adjusting to the janky clipping timings until those programs are fixed to work with the new patch.
Please take a look into this SE, we would really appreciate it. As an EU player on a NA server (where all my friends have been since 1.0, so I am staying) I want to be able to double-weave as well.

Hahaha, same thing here, the friends that got me into XIV mostly live in NA or Canada but I myself currently live in EU - it's frustrating knowing that this issue isn't that complicated at its root, and ultimately completely avoidable
The full patch notes are out! This issue was not mentioned anywhere, so it looks like we're still stuck with the problem (unless it's part of the "Other various issues", but I dare not hope).
The list of "Known Issues" is not necessarily comprehensive, since they seem to focus purely on problems related to new content. I hope it's at least on their radar...
Bumping this again. Fix was not implemented in this patch but it's at least an accepted bug now.
