Toxicon should absolutely not cost any MP. Sage already has the second worst MP economy of the healers, and using eukrasian diagnosis costs 600 more mp than dosis or dyskrasia. Even at 0 MP E. Diagnosis + Toxicon use more MP than what two Dosis would've used.

Personally i think just making toxicon ogcd solves almost all of its issues, but i suppose it staying a gcd alleviates the MP cost of getting an addersting stack a little bit.

I' personally prefer it get a potency buff to 660 and stay on the GCD since that gives a bit more divergence from Dosis spam, but that's a very close 2nd place alternative for me.
