    Game crash while entering "cinder drift" (Ruby weapon)

    the game is running fine until I got into the encounter trial cinder as soon as the loading screen start the pop-up screen An unexpected error has occurred. Exiting FINAL FANTASY XIV appears

    I try searching for a solution and found a thread with the same problem, but the solution they give doesn't fix the problem, please

    EDIT/ update: apparently playing in DX9 fix the problem, and/or change the size of the window to borderless helps

    my PC system:
    Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) 7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40GHz
