Need Help Unlocking Bozja

I completed the necessary post-Shadowbringer msq's recently but haven't ever touched any raid ever. Where do I need to start and what kind of time period am I looking at before I can get to Bozja?

You'll need to first complete the Return to Ivalice alliance raid storyline.
Specifically, these quests:

(But not the last three in that list, as they are an optional side activity of sorts. The last one you have to do is "The City of Lost Angels".)

After that, you can pick up the "Hail to the Queen" quest in Kugane to begin the Bozjan resistance storyline. The Return to Ivalice story is quite long and there is a bit of story in the first few Bozja quests, including a lengthy solo duty.

Just off the top of my head I'm guessing about 6-8 hours of gameplay before you can step foot into the Bozjan Southern Front, give or take?

Bozja itself only takes about a day to get through the story quests and rank up. The resistance weapon quests may take a lot longer because it involves lots of grinds to increase the item level, which can take days.

After Bozja you will eventually get to do Zadnor which is the same thing.
