    Story boost after Ednwalker released

    Anyone know when will tales of adventure Shadowbringer and Level80 job boost will become available for sell. Is it usually available immediately after expansion come out?

    I want to raid with them on different data centre but I cant do world transfer because of important assets I have. I could start at level70 now but why would I do that if i can buy level80 on release date.
