Request: allow all relic weapons at all stages to be dyeable

well they're off to a good start with the new relics at least, the inital stages are dyeable.

Updated my first post with the new Amazing Manderville relic step.

As I'm sure it's been pointed out here and on other platforms it is kind of surprising and strange that they decided to make this step change the color AND add a glow to the relic... I personally was looking forward to see the previous step with a glow because I was quite happy with the colors of the WHM cane but I guess it won't happen, huh. But hey at least both steps are dyeable!

Still no news about the older relics that this thread is about, though.

It worked out for me at least because I prefer the new color scheme for GNB's relic, but I do wonder why they did this. I don't think we've seen a color change like that since ARR and HW.
