Can we get an immersive mode that can be toggled on, or off, in the setting, that disables teleport unless you are at an aetherite, and adds hunger and sleep mechanics?
I actually love having to journey from place to place, and it would be cool to have a mode where teleport is not an option. Seems like it may be easy to implement.
Edit:
As some people mentioned, just disabling the teleport doesn't change much and most immersive modes involve hunger/thirst/sleep.
So, why not add the hunger in by allowing a setting which makes health only regenerate with food, and a debuff if you don't sleep in a bed for a certain period of time.
Let me reiterate; it would be an 'Optional' setting. If you don't like it just don't turn it on and nothing is different. No new systems need to be added, just disable auto health regen, until food is eaten, which re-enables the auto health regen for 30 seconds. And for the tiredness, just add a timer that when reached adds a health debuff, and the timer gets reset when visiting an inn room/house/apartment/FC house. No new systems added, super simple and optional.
And I know it's not much different to just not using teleport, I just feel like disabling it adds a sense of commitment to the playstyle and gives more of a sense of urgency to it. It's just a nice little feature that could add a greater sense of immersion and size to the world for those who would like to use it.
Edit: Some people seem to be getting weirdly defensive and seem annoyed that I would dare ask for such a feature that makes so little difference. Don't take it so seriously, it was just a random idea that I thought would be fun. I didn't think too far into it so it's really not worth wasting your energy getting upset.
