    Game Crashing randomly

    Hello, trying to help a friend of mine that is having repeated crashing issues with their game.



    This crash happens at any time really. She can be loading in, teleporting, or mid combat.

    We have tried the following:
    1. Disabling DX11
    2. Disabling Windows 10 sound enhancements
    3. Turning off USB selective suspension and power saving (uses WD GameDrive)
    4. Updating all gfx drivers (GTX 1060 mobile), and setting to performance mode
    5. Resetting all game config files (deleted FFXIV_CH folder)
    6. Checked for Windows updates

    If someone could please assist, we've reached a point she cannot even get into the game without immediately crashing.

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Ok so we moved her game from her external drive to her internal D drive, fresh install. Was able to play for about an hour, and then the game just crashed with no error message and disappeared. This is the only game that crashes.
