Add voices to jobs

I do like how GW II does it though, where their standard attacks are just groans and shouts, but the cooldowns are voiced - it's a nice balance of having a voice, but tied to a button that's not used as often, and also works as a "hey everybody, I'm activating a raid cd!"

I love GW2's battle quips, and how they even varied depending on your race. Some of my favourites...

Sylvari when gaining Retaliation buff: "This rose has thorns, and here they are!"

Asura when entering combat: "You're dumb. You'll die, and you'll leave a dumb corpse."

Human when gaining Fury buff: "Urge to kill... rising..."

Of course, it helped that you only heard these lines once in a while, not every single time the conditions were met.
