Tooltip Clarification: DoT potency per tick

As someone who likes to try to learn jobs without looking things up online (and as the game hides the formula for what potency actually means, so it's kind of hard to be efficient without writing down floating damage numbers), it is super confusing for a new player to read "90 potency" on a tooltip for a DoT effect.

With this information, Shadow Fang goes from being a pitiful (implied by tooltip) 290 potency ability to a 1100 potency ability, the highest of any NIN ability until Lv. 76 when you unlock Hyosho Ranryu.

I believe it would be helpful to clarify that this potency is per tick on tooltips :>
"Potency: 90" -> "Potency: 90 per tick"
