Truth be told, this is one of a few bits in the game that can/should just be removed from character creation/status menu.

Sure, choosing your first job and having the first chunk of content in that city is fine, but there need not be any reason your can’t NG+ the others, or that your starter city be recorded anywhere.

(The other bits I’m referring to removal are your character’s birthday and god)

My point being, if there is going to be stored data for something like that, I’d prefer them to just add a text area we can fill in ourselves like LOTRO that other players can read.
