Why doesn't Blue Mage have a Limit Break option?

It would be nice if some especially impressive actions could be learned as LB options, be cool if they weren't limited to caster DPS options too.

To be fair, I feel like this should be the case for all jobs (or at least those who'd potentially rotate between role affinities based on current summon/mech/song) -- or in the sense that the Limit Break would be more dynamic and manipulable instead of merely one-off role-based action.
