Frozen gale - tip of your arrow transform into nightingale upon impact it causes 200 potency to all targets binding them freezing solid (binding them) causing swirly whirlpool at there feet deal damage over time and no this will not break this bind. damage wont break this bind its last 4-5 seconds long
these abilities transform Empyreal Arrow depending on what song you have active. they do not share same cooldown so you can use Empyreal Arrow start a song. Empyreal Arrow changes to Medusa Arrow. Stormshot or frozen gate. but they do not have there own individual buttons
Nature's Minne - Increases HP recovery via healing actions for a party member or self by 20%. will also apply heal over time effect with 300 potency while curing all diseases on all allies
