    No longer shares cooldown with Rain of Death.

    Vemonous Bite - Delivers an attack with a potency of 150 to all enemies in a cone before you.
    Additional Effect: Venom

    Windbite -
    delivers an attack with a potency of 150 to all enemies in a cone before you.
    Additional Effect: Wind damage over time
    Potency: 40
    Duration: 30s

    Quick Nock

    Delivers an attack with a potency of 150 to all enemies in a cone before you.
    Additional Effect: deals 50+ potency for targets effected with dots (max of 2)
    Additional Effect: 30% chance that you activate this ability you reset cooldowns bloodletter and rain of death (not dealing damage just activating)

    Mage Ballad -
    Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 100-200
    Additional Effect: Grants Mage's Ballad to all party members within 30 - 60 yalms, increasing their damage dealt by 1% - 3-5%
    Duration: 30s
    Additional Effect: 40% chance to grant Repertoire when damage over time is dealt by Caustic Bite or Stormbite
    Repertoire Effect: Resets the recast timer of Bloodletter and Rain of Death
    This action does not share a recast timer with any other actions. Furthermore, the recast timer cannot be affected by other actions.

    The Warden's Paean - Delivers an attack with a potency of 250 to all enemies in a cone before you. Additional Effect: Adds 30s to all dot and song effects currently active.
    Additional Effect: Eagel Eye - Next attack you use will 100% crit

    Army's Paeon

    Deals unaspected damage with a potency of 100-200
    Additional Effect: Grants Army's Paeon to all party members within 30-60 yalms, increasing their direct hit rate by 3% - 10%

    Additional Effect: Grants the Wanderer's Minuet to all party members within 60<30 yalms, increasing their critical hit rate by 2%> 10%

    Additional Effect: 40% chance to grant Repertoire when damage over time is dealt by Caustic Bite or Stormbite
    Repertoire Effect: Allows execution of Pitch Perfect
    Can be stacked up to 3 times.

    Empyreal Arrow Delivers an attack with a potency of 230 > 350 potency
    Additional Effect: Activates Arcane Archer Mode

    Mystic Archer Mode - Allows you shoot a Medusa Arrow, Storm Shot and Frozen Gale

    Medusa Arrow - Shoots an arrow infused with earth elemental 250 potency:
    additional Effect: Petrify - after 3-5 second target is stunned for 3-5 seconds (this does not share dimishing returns with holy or sheild bash)

    Stormshot - Infuses arrow wind and lightening breaks apart in 5-7 arrows and homes in the target each arrow dealing 50 potency each. if target under effects of heavy, stun or slow they are knocked back little by little for each arrow hit. this attack homing doesn't miss.. nothing

    Frozen gale - tip of your arrow transform into nightingale upon impact it causes 200 potency to all targets binding them freezing solid (binding them) causing swirly whirlpool at there feet deal damage over time and no this will not break this bind. damage wont break this bind its last 4-5 seconds long

    these abilities transform Empyreal Arrow depending on what song you have active. they do not share same cooldown so you can use Empyreal Arrow start a song. Empyreal Arrow changes to Medusa Arrow. Stormshot or frozen gate. but they do not have there own individual buttons

    Nature's Minne - Increases HP recovery via healing actions for a party member or self by 20%. will also apply heal over time effect with 300 potency while curing all diseases on all allies
    Duration: 15-20s

    Barrage - now has 2-3 charges allowing you to use it more with 120s cooldown

    What is this and, more importantly, why is this?

    And when did balance become an abstract, foreign concept?

    I get that Bard has only increasingly become an Arcane Archer, but that has been a leading cause of complaint, not a point praised.
