Steps:
1. went into MSQ
2. delivered first letter for quest
3. Went to Alboise location, NPC was not there, has not spawned for 2 days now.
4. Tried reboot/relog options, nothing spawns npc.
5. Also my Duty Roulette leveling doesn't restart.
