Not receiving rested experience in sanctuaries.

Hi support team,
I've been advised by the GM Team to make a bug report on the forum here.

Date of issue: October 6 2021 till current
Time of issue: 10~11PM
Frequency: Daily
World name: Ramuh
Character name: Luni Solar@Ramuh
Retainer name: N/A
NPC name: N/A
Monster name: N/A
Class/level: Level 61 Paladin/Level 60 Ninja/Level 38 White Mage
Party or solo: Solo
Race: Hyur female
In-game time: 11:00
Area and coordinates: All Sanctuaries
Housing: N/A
Steps:
1. I log out in a sanctuary where the moon icon is showing next to the experience bar.
2. I log back in roughly 24 hours later and I have not gained any rested experience.
3. Changing to another job does not make the rested experience appear.
4. Doing any battle activities only earns armoury bonus with no rested experience bonus.
5. Idling in a sanctuary does not earn me any rested experience.
