    Logitech G13 Issues with Discord

I have been playing ff14 for about 4 months now with no issues until about a month ago. I use a logitech g13 gamepad, g930 headset and a logitech mx mouse.

I use the thumbstick on the g13 as my movement similar to a controller stick. Recently (within the last month) it has started to cause issues. When i am moving in a direction sometimes it will freeze of sorts and continue moving in the last pressed direction (approx 5 second duration).

Any key presses on the g13 do not register, my mouse and headset continue to work and respond during that time with no issues. I have tried replacing both mouse and headset with another, problem continues.

HOWEVER when i shutdown discord the issue goes away. Anyone have any ideas to solve this that don't include removing my g13 or discord altogether?

Did you notice if it happens with other games too? Did it start happening after a Discord/Logitech drivers/FF XIV update? It could also be a driver problem if that is the only device that's not working correctly. I would try report this bug to Discord/Logitech to see if they can fix it with an update. As a general tip you can also try to update/reinstall the G13 drivers (also, keep Discord up to date just to be sure).
This might sound stupid but you can also try to plug the device on a different port on your pc and see if this still happens.

Sorry for the different bunch of things but I'm trying to think what the problem is and those just came to mind.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Additionally does this issue occur if a different mouse is used?

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
