Game crashes with Unexpected error (17) still when I chose my main character

I have done as you said. and the issue stopped until today. Now it is back. So I have had it when I was looking at what my retainer has sold, I am in the Crystarium at this point. the same 17 error message. it allows me to log in after 2 attempts including a full reset of my PC. I then need to get my character out of the crystarium so try using the local aetether to jump to the gate into lakeland and now am stuck after 3 attempts and still not able to get into my character. I have even downloaded the authenticator app onto my so each time I have to use the 1 time code to log into the game. Checking I do not yet have a folder in documents>game so i cannot delete this again.

This has again happened today 4th October but only when teleporting to Fort Jobb, Lakeland from Rhalgar's Reach. What is going on as this now seems to be cascading to other areas than Crystarium???

What is the next solution I can try. As taking an hour to log into play my main character several times a day is starting to make me wonder about this game especially as this error has been reported for 5 years now and not fixed.

Could you provide a system report from the game? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Additionally, please provide the following information:

Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)
Wired or WIFI connection?
Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
When the disconnect occurs/How often?
Does this only happen to one character or all characters?
